First class branch of a very reliable chain. Exceptional staff, friendly, efficient, discreet. Best tables at front of restaurant (or outside in summer). If we lived in London we'd eat here rather more than we do already.

Pizza Express seems just high end enough of a franchise that the food is good quality and they benefit from the atmosphere of an actual restaurant but the prices aren't ridiculous.

I have made an order for a part of over 16 kids and adults. The order process was super easy. I also received a recommendation on what kind of dishes to order and how many. We were greeted on time , delivered food very quickly and were all looked after well. By the end all was cleaned very quickly and there was no problem settling the bill. I highly recommend if you need a booking for a number of people!

A solid Pizza Express that delivers consistently quality food. Staff are friendly, helpful and efficient if you need a quicker turnaround, especially with little ones. Family-friendly with crayons and colouring for the kids and a kids menu. Lots of outdoor seating for warm weather days.

The staff in Belsize Park Pizza Express are so happy, bright and welcoming. They have all been there for a long time and receive us as though we are old friends. They make us feel so welcome and warm. The food is always excellent. The chef has been there for a long time too and always recognizes and greets us warmly. I love Belsize Park Pizza Express!

I visited this restaurant today with my terminally ill mum for lunch. The male waiter was very attentive, very patient and was very friendly and welcoming. The food was lovely also. Would definitely return!

Excellent service from the waitress Erida on Tuesday. Was very busy but she looked after my kids .very friendly with everyone.

Erida was adorable and very friendly and welcoming from our arrival. She let us know about possible discounts and made our experience really pleasant. Highly recommend this Pizza Express.

Got to the Restaurant in pouring rain and was quickly given a table and somewhere to store a wheelchair. The staff were excellent , very attentive and quick with the drink then food. I had the Spicy American pizza with jalapeno and it was delicious, loved the slight scorch marks on the thin crust. Superb meal and I will return
