Went to Pizza Hut in Leicester Square after having a day out in London and was very pleased with the service I got in the restaurant. When they took my order, they asked me if I had downloaded the Pizza Hut app, which I hadn't. The waiter said if I downloaded the app before I left they would give my drink for free. Then I ordered a individual meet feast pizza, but they bought out a sharing pizza which they said they would charge for the individual pizza price. Then at the end they kindly put what I couldn't finish in a box to take home.
I was extremely pleased with the level of service I got and getting thinks lowered of my bill. All the staff at Leicester Square were very friendly, especially the person who served me. Will definitely go back there again when in London and recommend it to my friends.
On a Tuesday evening when all other restaurants well fully booked, we decided to give Pizza Hut a go before resorting to McDonalds. Upon arriving, the restaurant looked about 3/4 full. We were greeted and sat right away. After around 5 mins our waiter asked if we were ready to order. I asked how long food would take as we were in a hurry, after traipsing around restaurants trying to find a table. We were told food would take 15 - 20mins - this was fine, so we placed our order. It took precisely 12 minutes for our pizzas to arrive and they were perfect. Prompt, polite service from the staff completed our evening.

A nice and spacious place, although crowded most of the time which is worth it. Food is great here. Ordered chicken supreme pizza and chocolate cheesecake. Both were equally awesome. Quality of the pizzas here are always awesome
Odeon area was full of Depp fans and garden bustling with weekend crowd. We were looking for quick bite in cool breeze and could spot both pizza hut and burger king side by side. Long queue in BK led us to pizza hut delivery counter for orders of slices of veg, margareta, cajun chicken, pepperoni!
£2.49 per slice rate was little expensive for travellers like us due to currency conversion habit:) (plus change of 1pence is not returned).
Slice size was good, topping was also with all variety as per type. Souce was given as per request. Enjoyed by everyone while watching street show.
It helped us in reducing hunger a bit.
Loads of seating available inside and it's fairly spaced out compared to it's other branches. The staff are also very attentive and fast moving which is ideal for a busy place like Pizza Hut! This place has always been busy which is no surprise.
P.s. I would highly recommend the hot cookie dough dessert for after your meal!!
I recently visited a Pizza Hut branch and was impressed by the friendly and welcoming staff. I ordered a vegan pizza margarita, but unfortunately, it wasn't to my liking. However, the staff were more than happy to accommodate me and change it for me. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a friendly atmosphere and accommodating staff.
Whenever you're in Leicester Square, you should definitely visit this Pizza Hut for lunch or dinner. Very good service and the staffs are wonderful and are ready to serve. The food was delicious, well prepared with fresh ingredients. Placing my order was very easy, just a scan of the barcode that's on the table, place the order on the site and add their sides and drinks you would like. After all your items are added, pay and receive your receipt via email then your meal is delivered to your table, hot and ready to eat.
the member of staff was so nice and professional, his name is Mohi, the other guy was nice too, and so is the girl, we had the 20.99 pound offer, it was one of the best meals we had in Landon
We tried the Buffet menu which included unlimited Pizzas, salad bar, unlimited drinks and Ice-cream. We went on a weekend and spent £15.99 pp for adults and £7.99 for kids. There were about 3-4 non-veg options and a couple of veg options there. I liked the Margarita and BBQ americano pizzas. Some of the other pizzas felt dry as they lay there. The cheesy pasta was yummy. The salad bar had a huge variety to choose from. Would have loved it better if they included stuffed crust pizza options too. Service was good.

Good pizza in the heart of Leicester Square. Sitting outside on a sunny day is a good opportunity to see the world go by.

Not sure if are same prices in all of the Pizza Hut locations but the one in Leicester Square seemed to be ok for the location vs food.

I hadn't been to Pizza Hut for years and am pleased to say it is exactly as it was all those years ago. So refreshing to find somewhere that stays exactly as it was. I'm not being sarcastic here, it was comfort food that brought back so many great memories. Thank you, Pizza Hut, for staying a reliable brand.
Brilliant Sunday experience.
We were greeted quickly and guided to the table. Connor was very kind, polite and helpful young man. He helped with making order and with payment. Pizza came quickly. All food tasted very delicious. All our requirements to customise pizza were followed. Fries were amazing, salad was fresh.
Overall we had very nice meal and definitely we'll come here again.
My kids were so happy that my son suggested to put a 6 star review.
We Came in for a quick dinner before a film so we probably were lucky to get a seat being a weekend dinnertime.
We were going to go for the pizza in the wall (takeaway section) but felt we had enough time to sit in, so that's always an option if you're in a rush.
Dinner was served quickly and was brilliant, personally deep pan meat feast from Pizza Hut is one of my all time favourite pizzas. Had chicken wings and cheesy triangle bites.
Wings were tasty with a sticky BBQ sauce, but the cheese bites were a bit odd, my friend pointed out they tasted like quavers and I'm inclined to agree.
Price okay. £16.99 for a pizza, side, and a drink. So not too bad at all for one of my favourite pizzas.
