Never in my wildest dreams did I ever expect to leave a 5 star review for Starbucks. Perhaps they are amazing in the US, but frankly I have yet to be motivated enough to even take the time to post a review for any Starbucks I’ve been to in the UK. So, please excuse the photo of a half finished Flat White & chomped on Hazelnut Pretzel as I hadn’t planned on leaving a review. But after enjoying half of the excellent Flat White (which incidentally had very photogenic Latté work) & trying not too devour the insanely delicious Hazelnut Pretzel in a few gulps, I was compelled to put finger tip to touchscreen. PS - if you read this before the end of today (2nd July 2019) don’t bother coming here to try the pretzel ... I’ve just bought the rest of their stock to take home 😁 PPS - apparently they only do them in the morning so today my lucky day 👌🏼 PPPS - if you know London prices then you will appreciate that paying under £2 for such exquisite confectionary is a rare find!

As a digital nomad, not every time you could find a satisfied cafe for working remotely, fortunately, I still have my backup—the reliable chains, such as Starbucks. Some people feel shame for always staying in this kind of chain cafe, but for their reliable wifi, power points and atmosphere, sometimes it's really worthwhile, particularly you rush to do some work or just land in a new place, at least, you know what they could serve (that's really the power of brand). In the recent years, many chain coffee shops really start to care about the group of laptoppers and try to better environment or services. Today I stayed in this one near Leicester Square Station(3 mins walk distance), they even provide wireless charging and a multiple USB cable to fit any phone, and the internet is really fast, and I also like the cool industrial decor inside.

Starbucks Reserve! A more unique Starbucks experience with a special menu and more choice available for how you want your coffee. Thoroughly recommend having a try...if you can get a seat! The vibe is more sophisticated and the coffee is genuinely better made. I only wish it was bigger!

The best Starbucks in London, hands down. They have all the normal favourites, but with excellent and friendly table service, and with a wider selection of drinks and a much wider selection of food. They serve the Nitro Cold Brew here, which is a favourite of mine, smooth and delicious. They seem to even encourage you to stay, relax, and study. They have a bathroom, and wonderful single-serve tables that are cute enough for a date or studying with a laptop (plugs included!). The place is large and airy, with an enormous window with a beautiful view of the street with a tree and the pretty theatre opposite. Seriously - go here to escape for a while, if you like the café atmosphere then this place is one of the best. It's one of the only places for studying in London that hasn't lost its charm to me.

One of our favourite places to come to in Soho. It's tucked away from too much busyness so you can sit and rewind. The staff are really professional and the coffee is great. Try the nitro-brew, it's a stand-out.
