A pleasant Vietnamese café situated on Kingsland road and the main stretch of Vietnamese restaurants. Pho house is a newer kid on the block around for 4-5 years.
The interior is more contemporary and the service is extremely friendly.
Dishes were generous in portion. The prawn stuffed aubergine was impressive to look at but needed more flavour. The Imperial chicken was delicious but again needed a bit more salt. The pho was huge and plentiful.
Vietnamese lemonade was great and they have a happy hour Monday to Friday around 3-7pm when beer and wine is just £2.50

Beautifully presented and tasty food. Best monk fish green curry and also tender scallops I have tasted. Fragrant salad with seafood sharing platter very tasty.

Service a little disorganized; One of our party waited a long time for his food and it arrived when most were nearly finished.
We had one excellent starter (squid) of which we ordered a second portion. It was that good. The second portion came before the guy I mentioned got for his dish. The taste the second time around was significantly inferior compared to the first.

I eat here regularly as I live nearby. There are many Vietnamese restaurants on this street and I’ve tried them all - Pho House is undoubtedly the best. Every dish is top notch. Service is great. Ambience is lovely, and the restaurant is tastefully decorated. Five stars and then some!

Excellent service and good food! Big portions at reasonable prices. Staff were friendly and the environment was welcoming. Good for larger groups of people as well. Would love to come again to try other items on the men.

Had my birthday organised in the restaurant and honestly it couldn’t have turned out any better than it did. The staff was very welcoming and professional, had done everything in their power to make me and my guests happy. The food was delicious and tasted very fresh! I highly recommend Pho House and I am looking forward to organising my next birthday in there!

I have been here around 35-40 times. It is consistently one of my favourite restaurants in London. Is it fancy? No. Does it have a maître d'hôtel? No. Does it valet park my car? No. But does it serve the best Pho on Pho mile? Without a question, yes. Warm, inviting staff with whom one can become friends after a few visits and receive genuinely personal service. Bring Your Own drinks for 2 Pounds each, accepts card, accepts cash. I can measure how good this place is by how many of my friends I have NOT yet taken here: none. Typically 30-35 Pounds total for a starter, and two mains and a drink each for two.
