I’m so often eating at VQ restaurant - Aldgate that I lost the counting.
Great thanks to all the cooking team for preparing the best food, especially the spicy, vegetarian pasta arrabiata, which I adore!
The waiters are kind and willing to be up to the guest requests at any time, providing the best care and professionalism.
There are also 2 managers who absolutely impressed me:
Mr. Luis, a light personality, who can make a conflict disappear through his sense of humour and professional approach
and…
Mr. Tony, who’s a proactive multitasker.
I remember one noon when I was waiting in a queue and saw him doing 3 different tasks in less than 2 minutes. What?!
Please, some applause for all the people of this restaurant, even behind the screens.
I saw them sweating and still they are there for us as nothing happened.

With a group of 4 and there was no fault with anything. We all wouldd desceibe the food as excellent and the atmosphere was great.
Excellent food - we had the prawn penned pasta, penned pasta, southern fried chicken burger, chicken burger and cheese fries. We asked for extra bacon on the fires even though its not on the menu and we were given it. All the food was flavourful, tasty and well seasoned. Great prices too!! Next time we are in London we will visit! Service was excellent too highly recommend

Having dinner here was quite an experience. The best part was the staff, specifically Nese, who looked after me and my partner well. She was attentive to our needs and made us feel welcomed and looked after. She made our experience wonderful. Definitely will be coming back.

Food was of a high standard. Staff very helpful. There was a queue to get in and this was at 12:30 am (it’s open 24 hours) but as we where staying in the hotel saint we go in straight away. Price wise for London it was reasonably. For two of us who both had a main course and drinks it cost £75. I would suggest just check the amount when you pay as we were originally charged £194. BUT the restaurant manager came over right away and pointed out that they had.

In love with their food, service and ambience. I must especially highlight the courteous service provided by Tony, the restaurant manager. The rest of the staff was also extremely polite and humble. I would always have an appetite for this place. Definitely added to the mandatory revisit list!

I stayed at Hotel Saint for four nights in March 2023 and had breakfast at VQ downstairs a few times and dinner once. Service staff were attentive and pleasant although sometimes a bit busy with the breakfast crowd that floods in around 8am. The steak I had was grilled nicely and went well with the bearnaise sauce and fresh fries. It's good to visit during off-peak times.

One of the best 24/7 pubs. They have nice cocktails and food. They play nice music and have an amazing ambience. If you are looking for a place to sit overnight, you should consider this place.

We had a lovely evening there on Friday July 1st. Excellent service from all the friendly and welcoming staff who really went the extra mile. Especially Shabir and Ahmed. Nice relaxed atmosphere, decent food especially the ribs, spaghetti bolonaise, prawn starter and calamari. And the cocktails were awesome 👌 👏🏻 💙👍Many thanks 😊 And we will be happy to return....
