We have been coming to this restaurant as a family for 20 years and never been disappointed. It's really good food, super efficient service and we absolutely love celebrating birthdays here. The staff are wonderful.

This place is high-quality, and the food and service are second to none. The staff are attentive and flawless, with an air of experience stretching back over 40 years.
We highly recommend the sesame prawn toast as one of your starters. Also, whatever your taste, one of the sizzler dishes cannot be missed- we had the prawn sizzler and it was delicious.
The portions are very good, and the noodles are particularly plentiful. I’d suggest combining the noodles with the stir fried vegetables as a side for two. I also had the chilli fish, which was extremely good. My husband had the oyster beef, and he enjoyed every mouthful.
The decor, the ambience, the staff, the food and the service here make this classy and quality restaurant worth every penny. For the experience, this place is great value for money.

Went to Maxims yesterday evening to celebrate a special occasion. We arrived to a chilled bottle of champagne which had been ordered as a surprise by a friend. We opted for a set menu. Every course was absolutely delicious and of superior quality compared to other Chinese restaurants. Danny was attentive and offered us a wonderful service at a great pace. We've been coming here for more than 15 years. Danny and his team always make sure we're taken care of. The food is delicious. Our family have come here for birthdays, graduations.... never disappointed. Much recommended.

We have been coming to Maxim for a while now, and i like to come for special occasions, they are always happy to accommodate. The food is very good, I know the owner takes pride in his recipes. Staff are attentive and they are never far away when you need something. The restaurant is beautiful and no nonsense style, the focus is on the great food.
