It's a shame people are giving such low ratings. Yes it had teething problems but surviving the Canary Wharf lunchtime rush is no easy task when it became the most popular place to eat within a few days of opening! They learned their lesson and the food is great!

Five guys is my must-go-to for burgers.
What I like the best is that you can choose all the toppings and sauces, and you can be sure there will be combinations you might never forget. 😆
I also like the decor with its signature red tube, cap words, and bright lights. The fast speed of service and convenience to find it (with many branches around London) are impressive as well. 😊
And, my favourite is the milkshake - never get tired of trying new flavours. 🤩

Not quite the same level as the US experience but nevertheless remains a very decent burger. Always amazes me how a burger can look so haggard but still taste exceptionally good. When you order fries take a size down as they load the bag with fries regardless of chosen size.

We all know 5 guys it’s on the expensive side considering the environment you sit to eat and that it comes in a brown paper bag… but I can say with confidence that the quality and taste of their products is well worth it.
I don’t usually have 5 guys due to the price, if I want to pay 13£ for a burger and chips (no drink) I rather go at a restaurant and sit down and served in a plate…
Worth giving them a visit though, great food!

Great food place, the burgers are amazing, the fries are perfectly seasoned, not lacking in flavour whatsoever!!! Milkshakes (especially oreo) are amazing, and the staff are super friendly. Love coming here, so many parking spots (bit of a walk) the atmosphere is rich with chatter and laughing, and amazing smells, full of food places, different cultural and flavourful people and smells, and mostly tidy people🤣

Food - It was amazing tasty burger/sandwich (vegetarian) cheesy with customized toppings, finger fries, my favourite milk shakes (Banana and oreo biscuits flavors).
Good quality and quantity of food with reasonable price. Thank you for taking care us for last two weeks.
Big fan of 5 guys. Consistently good burgers cooked fresh with a wide range of toppings. Big and juicy and will definitely fill you up. Love their Cajun spicy fries too! 5 guys is definitely not a cheap place to get a burger, but pretty much guaranteed quick service from friendly staff and a very tasty meal that will fill you up! Bring a friend and share a large portion of chips together is my only recommendation.
This location is very convenient, food is good and very quick service. Highly recommended their milkshake.
One negative is the way the orders are announced, they get shouted across, which is very hard to hear. They could just really get an electric board to display order numbers instead
