Very warm and friendly atmosphere, freshly cooked food to order. We had tea with our four children there.

Proper south London boozer with a certain charm about it. A dying breed in a world of gastropubs. Pool table and decent grub, nothing too fancy on offer here.
Popped in for a quick pint before getting my train. Good location, good selection of beer. Friendly staff and a nice atmosphere. Very nice garden. I will be back
Went to the Horns last week with some friends. It was a great atmosphere with great bar staff. Will definitely be going back there again
A typical, sports heavy boozer. We desperately needed a table to watch the footie and everyone was so accommodating and lovely, found us a little spot in the garden with great view. Staff are professional and friendly but take no nonsense and attitude. Fab little corner.
Might not be the gastro pub type. friendly owner and horse racing on TV. secluded beer garden. Nice comfy settees (only the trains passing behind the wall breaks this otherwise tranquil setting).
They seem not to have special hour for drinks, BUT with beers at under a Fiver, you cannot beat this place.
Very friendly local staff (a welcome bonus).

And yes, good food is offered as well as liquors. Menu is simple but comfort food. Don't be ashamed to ask how to work the salt/pepper... Modem Stuff, hey)
A word of advice... The loo (cubicle) needs a key from the bar. Wee wee is fine.
