Had my daughters 8th birthday party there over the past weekend! The garden is beautiful and the girls had a wonderful time. They did arts and crafts and enjoyed their afternoon teas! They all said the food was delicious and the service was wonderful! So many of my daughters friends are now wanting their parties there as well! ❤️❤️❤️

Came in with a group of friends and decided to order a couple drinks and an assortment of cakes. All the drinks were absolutely lovely and the cakes were amazing and tasted great. As well as the amazing food, the atmosphere inside is inviting and homely with very interesting decorations that give the place a unique feel that I absolutely loved. And finally, the customer service went above and beyond, with all the staff being friendly and welcoming- they even offered for me to have more food when i left a tip. I love the entire vibe of this place and i’ll definitely pop in if I am ever passing through. Thank you to everyone there!

We ordered a victoria sponge cake and several other cake cakes and tarts from The Fabulous Tearoom and Louise delivered just as promised. Honestly cannot thank her enough. Our daughters are sadly allergic to most (nearly all) of the key ingredients you’d use in a cake (milk, soya milk, eggs etc) so it was exciting to know the Louise was happy to concoct something for the girls! The finished cake looked incredible, it was decorated very beautifully and was loaded with a generous amount of fruit which I thought was excellent! Considering that she had to avoid SO many (probably ALL) of the usual key ingredients, it was a tasty cake! It’s never going to be as spongey as your standard cake without the use of eggs, so it would be unrealistic for anyone to expect that, so I think Louise achieved the near impossible with this lovely alternative for those with dietary requirements. It was really nice knowing that my daughters could join everyone else and eat their own birthday cake for once 🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹 Big thank you to Louise who went out of her way to create this for us - absolutely exceptional, outstanding service.

I booked the afternoon tea for my visiting family and we’re not disappointed. Louise and the team were fantastic, accommodating, and nothing was too much trouble. Professional service with the feel of a business run with love. All of the food tastes amazing and is full of love and alongside generous portions, we all left with full bellies and smiles on our faces. The Fabulous Tearoom is a great local spot, make sure you book to avoid disappointment. Thank you again for a lovely time, the family are still talking about it now!

The gem of Eltham! This tearoom is truly fabulous! My friend treated me to afternoon tea here & it was one of the loveliest afternoon teas I’ve ever enjoyed. Firstly you can choose exactly what sandwiches you like! Don’t fancy the traditional salmon & cream cheese? No problem, you can enjoy the sandwiches of your preference! Plain scone? Fruit scone? You can choose your delight! The cakes are delicious & the portion sizes are massive! Top this all off with lovely staff, it’s now my go to for afternoon tea! Also! You can order afternoon tea boxes to go, rent out their private garden or the entire tearoom for special events. The coronation themed afternoon tea boxes were simply amazing! Next time I will order more because it just was so delicious!

Came here for brunch and enjoyed the fabulous breakfast to share. Loads in this breakfast for a great price(£20)! Super full all day afterwards! The ring sausage is sourced from the butchers, and the hash brown-so crispy! Highly recommend this place! Didn’t have room for cake, but everything looks so good! Staff are super friendly, and currently covid measures in place! ⭐️
