Whilst it can be expensive, I continue to go because it's staff are great! They make you feel welcome and always serve coffee with a smile and an Italian hello!

Really jolly good! Unexpectedly surprised by quality of coffee, area to sit and efficient and friendly service. Decaf Almond cappuccino is hard to find, and when one does it can be bland - this was not. Good place for casual business meeting.

Excellent Italian café with sandwiches, pastas and cakes and of course great coffee. Good service and seats outside. Perfect for a little recharge from shopping in Selfridges

I have never been in a more friendly place than here. The two young women on the counter make every single customer feel very welcome and special, from the moment your foot steps over their doorway. The whole experience is wonderful, they even make sure to say goodbye. Always smiling and if they see you through the window they wave frantically to say HI have a great day!!
These girls deserve awards, they make Fratelli's what they are, most definitely the face of the brand.

Amazing service! The staff are so friendly i have made this my regular coffee spot everyday. Magdalena remembers all the regular orders of my colegues and I, exactly how we like our coffee. The Italian pastries are the best on the street too. Highly recommend this fratelli to everyone in the area.

Lovely discovery near work. Coffee is great and the Italian ladies are always very welcoming. Yet to try the lunch but I'm sure it's just as tasty.

Came here looking for a proper Italian coffee experience after finding that Selfridges cafe has only paper cups. Fantastic flat white, strong and in a proper smaller- size china cup. With two excellent cannoli and friendly service. And a nice corner outlook.
