I have been here a few times, over the weekends. It is one of the most hip places in London with great eateries and shopping places. It can get extremely busy over the weekend. There is hardly any place to walk around and enjoy a meal. Avoid weekends and you should be good.

We walked through on a Sunday around 1pm - lunch time. It wasn’t too crowded and the options for food on offer looked delicious, although we didn’t get to eat. The shops are good quality, if on the pricier end. All in all, a nice spot to wander through and next time, I’m coming for lunch!

I went to a few markets while in London and Spitalfields one of my favorites. Easy to get there on the bus. Lots of interesting stalls and very welcoming and friendly stall holders. Also great food. I had Humble Crumble which was delicious. I also found a lovely dress, some great art and gifts. Went on a weekday. It was lunchtime and not overly crowded so easy to walk around without bumping into people.

Nestled in the heart of East London, Spitalfields Market is a vibrant blend of history, culture, and contemporary flair. As I meandered through its bustling aisles, I was instantly captivated by the eclectic mix of stalls offering everything from vintage clothing and artisanal crafts to gourmet foods from around the world. The market's rich history is palpable, with its Victorian architecture serving as a reminder of its centuries-old trading legacy. Yet, it seamlessly intertwines this heritage with a modern vibe, evident in the trendy boutiques and pop-up shops that dot the area. One can't help but be charmed by the warm and friendly vendors, each with a unique story to tell about their products. The food stalls, in particular, are a gastronomic delight, offering a smorgasbord of flavors that cater to every palate. The surrounding area complements the market perfectly, with an array of cafes, restaurants, and independent shops that make it easy to spend an entire day exploring. In essence, Spitalfields Market is not just a shopping destination but an experience in itself. It's a melting pot of cultures, tastes, and eras, making it a must-visit for anyone looking to capture the essence of London's diverse spirit. Highly recommended!

It's such an amazing place to visit, especially on a Sunday. Very dog friendly inside, so consider this as its lovely day out for a dog owner. There are so many great food stalls to visit. And loads of places to sit and relax too. There's so much to do that you will not be lost for ideas on how to spend your time there. Something for everybody.

This market contained within a building complex caters to a huge amount of stalls, whether selling to handicraft items, clothing and even food stalls and food trucks which attracts a big office crowd during the lunch time. BEST FOOD TRUCK : Look for the red MR. BOMBAY food truck which serves awesome Indian tandoori chicken with your favourite Basmati rice or even in a wrap. The staff are super friendly and they provide such a personalised service even though it can be so busy during lunch time. There was even a long queue for ordering this fantastic Indian food. Priced reasonably. STALLS : There are many food stalls from many types of cuisines. Recommended to try the pastas, pizza, Thai and Vietnamese food.

Lovely market, lots of stalls and interesting shops around the edges. Tons of street food options and a lively, fun atmosphere. The surrounding shops are also worth a look. Great place for tourists and regulars alike. Special mention for Darlish near by, pop up Iranian (I think) ice cream. Amazing, new flavours and incredibly tasty

Really nice shopping experience, vast variety of food vendors and shops. I purchased a lovely hand-made ceramic cup. The toilets are free , bring your own toilet paper. Many of the stalls ran out.

Spitalfields Market in London is a true gem, and I'm delighted to share this 5-star review. Over the past two decades, I've witnessed a remarkable transformation that has made this market an absolute must-visit destination. What was once a bustling but somewhat ordinary market has evolved into a vibrant hub of creativity, culture, and community. The revitalization of the area has seamlessly blended the rich historical charm of Spitalfields with a fresh, contemporary spirit. The fusion of old and new is evident in the diverse stalls and shops that offer everything from exquisite handmade crafts to unique fashion finds. The market's ability to adapt and cater to changing tastes is truly commendable. The influx of independent designers, artisans, and local businesses has given the market a distinct character, making every visit a delightful adventure. It's not just a place to shop; it's an immersive experience where you can interact with passionate vendors, explore cutting-edge art installations, and savor delicious international cuisine at the food stalls. The transformation of Spitalfields Market has injected new life into the surrounding neighborhood, making it a hub of creativity and innovation. Whether you're seeking one-of-a-kind treasures, a taste of diverse culinary delights, or simply a vibrant atmosphere to soak in, Spitalfields Market delivers on every front. Its positive evolution over the past two decades is a testament to the power of revitalization, and it has truly become an essential part of the London experience.
