Excellent yaki-soba. Have been quite a few times and always look forward to returning. Don't know why some reviewers say it's inauthentic; I've had yaki-soba quite a few places, including a restaurant that specialized in yaki-soba in Kyoto, and this is pretty much the same as in Japan. It was cooked at the table in Kyoto, whereas it's cooked in the kitchen in a wok here. There may be a greater range of ingredient options here, and they don't automatically shake on the bonita flakes without asking. But it sure tastes like the real thing to me. Which is, yummy!
