I normally only go to pret when I'm travelling. Would go back to this one as the staff were friendly and polite.
Lowish scores on food as it had no hot food options ready. Atmosphere, well a pret is a pret.

Great selection, really nice food and a really clean and pleasant environment to be in.
The stand out thing was the staff, though. Really helpfuk, freindly and super efficient. Pret coffee isn't the best but it was RAPID and delivered with a smile.

Delicious sandwiches and coffee. prices are a ted bit high for my likings specially the hot foods.

Prefer the management pre the pandemic. Was more friendly. Busy weekdays. Nice on Saturdays.

Usual pret, but disappointed that the toilet is still out of order (other reviews from months ago complained of this too).

The staff were quite pleasent. The enviroment felt a lil chaotic hence not giving 5 stars good customer service. Though.

I have become a regular customer for this place since I started my LSBU early this year, I haven't seen this type of welcoming and service since I moved from my homeland Ireland, there are two guys in particular are different from the rest of their colleagues, they give their customers that extraordinary attention that can't be gone unnoticed, I would like to thank Djamal and Omar for their exceptional service and smile that made me want to visit this place every time I pass by, morning and/or evening.

This guy called bruno. Is a complete legend. He was very laughy and jokey and made my visit very enjoyable. This pret is unbelievable and is better than any other pret I have been in. Great pret. Really great pret/
