I stopped by the shop for lunch yesterday and was greeted by two lovely barista ladies at the counter. They were busy, so I didn’t get their names, but they were super friendly and gave amazing service. Their warm attitude really made the visit enjoyable, and I appreciated how well they looked after everyone.
If you come here half an hour before closing, you will be shown that you are second class here, because the lights will be flickering and there will be a nervous atmosphere, but you paid for the coffee, the same amount as people pay at other times.
Today I went to pret and got served by a lovely lady named Eden, excellent service from her extremely friendly very kind and overall great atmosphere. I hope too see her as the manager one day.
