Fancy a drink and bite to eat before you carry on your day then Caffè Nero is the place to go! Lovely staff, clean and spacious. Drinks and food were yummy.

Cafe was very pleasant and clean. Coffee was really excellent. Gentleman serving me was nice and polite.
The let down - cakes. I did not order any as they looked a little tired and not fresh.

Over the last two years this caffe has improved greatly, it is always clean and the staff are always friendly and polite, tables are cleaned very quickly. It is quite small but it is bright and cheery and the downstairs area is very cosy in the winter and well ventilated in the summer. It can get a bit cold in the street level area in winter but that is usually because of selfish people leaving the doors open when they leave. The coffee and the food are good and the team of baristers there are very good at remembering what regular customers like. Always a pleasure to go there. There are 2 caffe Neros in Chiswick High road, both good but this one is the best.

Toilets need to be updated to a higher standard. Prices have gone up , but so should be the facilities. The toilets at this location look very tired.....Cafe Nero is my favourite café chain, but some of your locations and toilets need improvement.

Delicious! Everything was spot on, and it wasn't busy at all. My wife had the ristreto, which was very good and very strong. I had a capuchino, which was also very good. I got a peach ricotta that was delicious, and my wife had a vegetarian sausage roll. The girl warmed up the sausage roll while we sat down. After warming it up, she plunked it down on the counter, then stood there staring at us. If you are in the service industry, you need to serve. Especially if you want tips, and there was a tip cup on the counter.

Pop in for coffee to go every once in a while, can’t complain. Nice friendly staff.
People complaining about staff eating food (how dare they!) or not greeting customers by their name (I’ve been going there for a week!) should get real.

Really great little store clean and great service. Of the chain coffee shops, Nero is the best. This one was a nice example.

Better than the Costa up the road & loyalty program is better value. Staff are friendly, coffee is well made, and there's a good range of the classic Caffe Nero food. I recommend the vegan salted caramel cheesecake.

Their new toasties caught my eye and I must say, they are tasty. The service was really good and the atmosphere calm and inviting. Worth a try because you know you'll get value for your money.
