A nice Nero in middle Hammersmith roundabout. Good old Neros.

Delicious! Everything was spot on, and it wasn't busy at all. My wife had the ristreto, which was very good and very strong. I had a capuchino, which was also very good. I got a peach ricotta that was delicious, and my wife had a vegetarian sausage roll. The girl warmed up the sausage roll while we sat down. After warming it up, she plunked it down on the counter, then stood there staring at us. If you are in the service industry, you need to serve. Especially if you want tips, and there was a tip cup on the counter.

Really great little store clean and great service. Of the chain coffee shops, Nero is the best. This one was a nice example.

Pop in for coffee to go every once in a while, can’t complain. Nice friendly staff.
People complaining about staff eating food (how dare they!) or not greeting customers by their name (I’ve been going there for a week!) should get real.

First hot chocolate of the winter and I had oat milk and it was lovely. Good value and tasty. I like collecting points too.

Toilets need to be updated to a higher standard. Prices have gone up , but so should be the facilities. The toilets at this location look very tired.....Cafe Nero is my favourite café chain, but some of your locations and toilets need improvement.

Cafe was very pleasant and clean. Coffee was really excellent. Gentleman serving me was nice and polite.
The let down - cakes. I did not order any as they looked a little tired and not fresh.
