Portofino is such a lovely, family feeling restaurant. The food is great, the staff are amazing; always welcoming and friendly.
All the food is great and if you’re looking for a lovely little spot to eat in it’s a great recommendation in Richmond (coming from a local).

Solo diner. The staff made me feel very welcome and I had the Sicilian pesto pasta with a glass of house red. It was gorgeous. Will be coming back again during my short stay.

Staff are welcoming, friendly, jokey with you & cater to all needs. Food is exceptional, we’ve been here for breakfast, pasta & pizza and have never been disappointed, we always stop here for a bite when out in Richmond , we have even taken our friends to show them what a hidden gem this is!

Came here for a bite to eat on way home from being in the west end. Quite a compact restaurant inside but friendly staff and nice food. Reasonably priced too for London. Had pizza n wine here which was really nice. Parking nearby on the street. Free to park after 6.30pm on nearby parking. Busy little place with people in and out for dinner and takeaway.

I had the goats cheese pesto pizza and it was so delicious, could really taste the goats cheese which you often can't. However I think my other friends weren't as impressed with the food, although did still like it.

This is my favourite Italian restaurant by far. Incredible food, best pizzas and pastas. Service is fantastic, extremely friendly staff and very welcoming.

I’ve been coming here 20+ years. Independent, friendly, everything freshly made. Good Italian beers, wines and great cappuccinos. Very reasonably-priced.

We had a wonderful experience with their vegetarian English breakfast, which was not only reasonably priced but also accompanied by excellent service. The staff members were truly outstanding and friendly.
