Itsu in Copthall Avenue (City - EC2) is a great place. The service is excellent, the staff are wonderful, and the manager is friendly, helpful and approachable.
I highly recommend this Itsu location, as the food is great too, the facilities are good and the ambience is quite cosy and welcoming.

Lovely well stocked and super clean Itsu with friendly staff and consistently good food. However - please bring back the wasabi prawn crackers!! :D
