This might be our best Nero experience in the UK so far. This caffe is located just next to the Leicester Square tube station. We made an impromptu visit, and ended up happy to stay. Services by the two baristas (a sweet Asian and a hijabi ladies) were excellent. We got even double stamps. What a surprise. Best wishes.
Stopped here on a Sunday to work a bit on my laptop. Nice and quiet with plugs upstairs next to the couches.
It also has free wifi. Had an double expresso and the taste was ok. …
Tables/general store are not clean.
The hot coffees aren’t very good either.

patient staff - quite bitter coffee but this just depends on what you like - lovely interior❤️
They do not wash their milk pitchers between uses nor their espresso shot glasses.
When I asked the barista why, she was clueless and appeared confused by my question regarding their dirty milk pitchers.
Despite being open until 7pm, at 5pm the staff told everyone that the upstairs was closed, forcing everyone to squish together in the small downstairs seating area. At 6.45pm, the staff told everyone that the cafe was closing and made it clear that they wanted us to leave.
