Coming away from the LIVAT Center, dark & raining (not me 🌧️ 😁)I popped into Nero for a flat white & a caramel shortcake. Very nice coffee (no bitterness) & the shortcake wasn't at all sickly. The assistant let me sit just in the area which was being cordoned off for cleaning because every table was occupied. He brought my food & drink over for me & I was really happy, even though I was seated looking at all the chair-bedecked tables & the back of the empty shop. 😍

Friendly staff, communicative, good coffee, but dirty inside. It's not staff's fault, but the dirty clients who believe the employees are something like their slaves and should clean every dirt they do in the café. Otherwise nice location.

Very nice place, quiet and welcoming. The apprentice at the bar was very nice, smiling and I really felt a good energy. Very good foam for a cappuccino and for a chai latte.

I like this Caffe Nero. It can get busy but the staff are always friendly.
I had a decaf soya frappe which was very nice.

My Frappe was still being made here as I didn't wish to queue up for nothing...other coffee shops have stopped serving Caramel Frappe much to my annoyance yet I didn't want shoppers who were queueing thinking that I was queue jumping. I had 1 shot of coffee and I thought that it could've done with being slightly sweeter, e.g more Caramel Syrup as for £4.45(nearly £5) I'd expect it to be just how I ordered my mix.

This is one of the busier Caffè neros in Hammersmith and the staff are very friendly. Despite it being busy they serve you quickly. They have a variety of hot drinks which has the oat milk I like in my coffee. There is a disabled toilet. They have super comfortable sofas and also some outside seating. They have pastries, toasties, cold drinks and things for a quick lunch. It is affordable and has a rewards scheme where you can collect stamps if you visit regularly to get a free coffee after so many visits. You can do this on the Caffè nero app alternatively.

Got my free monthly hot drink via Perkbox, staff are friendly, great atmosphere in this Caffè Nero. Central location to Hammersmith tube station. Great coffee every time and amazing cakes as you’ll see from the picture ☺️☺️

Great place to relax!
We were going to the BGT Semifinals and arrived quite early. It was raining heavily so we needed shelter and some refreshments.
We couldn't have asked for a better place. The staff were so friendly and helpful it was a pleasure. The drinks were ordered were perfect and the cake was scrumptious too.
However, the most impressive part was how helpful the staff were to my son who had left his charger at home. He needed the plug but had a wire and staff rummaged through the back to find an adapter to fit the wire and helped my teenager get charge back into his dying iphone. They didn't have to, but to me this was above and beyond the call of service.
We relaxed for a couple of hours there and it was pleasurable.

Nice coffee and a bit strong! The place is cozy and relaxing. There’s O2 offers as well free coffee every Thursday and Nero offers.
