I’ve been going to Shaketastic since I was young, and they’ve always been lovely service wise and taste wise. I’m not a milkshake person if I’m honest, but I’ve always been obsessed with the ones from here and order them occasionally as a treat.
Had a small issue with an order for the first time today, and called them up to see what could be done - they were so beyond helpful, and went out of their way to find a solution for me. Genuinely made my day and I’m so grateful, forgot to ask his name but a big thank you to the gentleman who fixed everything for me!

The “Yolo” milkshake is unreal. It’s a rolo and white chocolate flavour, sooo so delicious me and my boyfriend both order this one as a treat every month

My husband is a Milk Shake hunter hahaha and it is so hard to find a good milk shake in this country. Shake Tastic was a good surprise, the best milk shake we had in years here in the UK.
If I could give more starts it would be for the staff, the ladies were super nice and helpful, they seemed genuinely happy to be working there.

Huge selection of delicious milkshakes. A firm favourite with my kids and their friends. Prices quite steep when you breakdown what is in the shake but great concept nevertheless.
The QR code and loyalty scheme is a big faff but we managed it eventually

I have been coming here since I was a young teen (Mill Hill), all my family and friends are very familiar with this place and we all like it.
However, recently the guy at Mill Hill (the one who is always present, I think he may be one of the shareholders, not sure) is very stand off-ish and gives off an almost intimidating vibe. Never a hello, talks to you as if you have bothered him for coming in. I hope it’s not something bad going on in his life. Hope they go back to a good customer service model

Visited them last weekend. One of the ordered milkshakes was for my little cousin who has nut allergy. The guy at the tills was so nice to thoroughly wash the jug before making milkshake. Milkshake was so good that one could easily drink 2. Will surely recommend this place.
