Failed to score full points as there were children playing with a scooter in the shop and staff took a blind eye and never dealt with it or speak to parents. Accident waiting to happen child racing around with scooter and adults carrying hot drinks...

Best service from this place in greenford . I think her name was ziba. She served me and my disabled daughter, no one offered to help me with the door, but she did even though was cue to the door. Every time I’m here she makes my experience 10/10. Needs more recognition.

Lovely service, only ordered three drinks, latte, mocha and hot chocolate but all three were served and presented well, I'm sure and food/snacks would have been given the same professional treatment... 👍
