Pure

I had never tried pure food before so I decided to give it a try yesterday for dinner! I was impressed by how attentive and friendly the lady at the counter was. Amanda was very helpful when it came to my order. She recommended I try the Thai red chicken bowl which was delicious!!!!! All in all I would 100% recommend Pure food especially because Amanda me feel so welcome.

I cannot say enough good things about this pure! The staff are so lovely and friendly, it’s super clean and well-stocked, the coffee is DELICIOUS and the fastest I’ve ever seen in a tube station, the food is delicious and healthy (especially love the wraps!), the music is amazing and cheerful. It’s become a regular for me and I adore it!

It was my first visit to PURE, but it definitely won’t be my last! I have a mobility condition and I am diabetic, but I couldn’t have received better treatment by the PURE staff at the HAMMERSMITH BROADWAY CENTRE branch, both in terms of helping me to a table, and making sure there were no hidden ingredients that would give me an unexpected spike in blood sugar levels. They really went above and beyond, with kindness and rare good grace, for which I can’t thank them enough 🫶And, what’s more, the food was deeeeelicious! I can especially recommend the Thai Lentil Soup. Of further interest, all tables have smart phone / tablet charger points, at shoulder level in the wall behind you - so you can can charge your phone/tablet while you eat, or do a bit of work on your tablet whilst having a couple of coffees and croissants, or just get a coffee and phone your mum without running your battery down to zero when you can’t get a word in edge-ways! 😊

Popped in for a snack while waiting: eggs peas and added bacon, more like crumbled bacon bits but an adequate well cooked snack in a pot and good to find something that isn't carb based Coffee was too strong for me so would ask for a one shot next time. Loud noise/vibrations in the seating area, unsure if this is aircon or the Tube underneath but spoils what could have been a calm place to wait. However I would go back, especially for an eggs takeaway or just choose carefully where I sit. Serving staff were nice and I noticed one being very thorough in the way they cleaned tables etc as I was leaving.

Brilliant food. Excellent location. Before you dash to the tube get a sandwich from here. I have been here about six or seven times and it is nice to not just get something nice to eat, but fast service AND every time the staff have been lovely. The cost of the food reflects that it is good but paying a bit more for this kind of food and service I am fine with. I hope business is good there and they stay open as it is definitely a shop that I know lots of people would miss.
