Drinks were great & service was good 😊
I was introduced to this place by a Chinese friend. Apparently it is very popular in China and other Asian countries. And if she likes this place, you know what that means. And indeed, it was really good. There are many sweet options, but I think this was to adapt to the UK market. My friend went for the matcha one, and I had vanilla. My advice is don't get something too sweet, because it will feel too heavy and a bit weird with the bubbles, just go for plain, simple ones.

Cute little branch. I ordered passion fruit tea, supreme size, it was alright, good but nothing special. Also, honeydew milk with blueberries popping pearls, it was very nice but I recommend to ask for less sweet. Mine was normal sweetness but when i kept drinking, it gets sweeter for some reason. But definitely should try.
The place is so nice and friendly with really good Boba flavours. Fatmeh also provided a really warm welcome and amazing service.
I Would definitely come here again
Lovely Brown Sugar milk tea! Fatmeh and Imran are wonderful and their service makes you want to come back! Thank you guys
I visit Bubbleology South Kensington almost daily!
Staff:
The whole team is very lively, chatty and friendly! Special shout out to the store manager Sal & Imran!
Drinks:
A supreme Lychee fruit tea with strawberry and lychee boba always hits the spot!
I've been to few boba places before.
I ordered a Vanilla with soya milk, including tapioca pearls (Supreme Size); the customer service was good, the price was reasonable and the taste was also good.
However, I must say this shop had some shortages in the toppings and ingredients so I couldn't try out the drink I actually wanted.
I also asked the staff if a certain drink was good and if I could get a recommendation.. seemed like the staff only tasted half of the menu and didn't know how the rest tasted; I was glad that they were honest but this made me hesitant when ordering, incase my order came out wrong.
I think it was a 50/50 if I compared this store to a different one.👍🏼
Great little place to grab any flavour bubble tea you can think of. Not too highly priced but if the owner would consider giving local businesses (museum staff) a small discount it would be even better and we would probably be there everyday after work. Just something to think about 😉 My pic is of the pomegranate and lychee tea, with lyche and added mango bubbles. Yum, yum, yum!
Went for the Oreo drink but asked for the tapioca balls ,not a fan of them so next time I shall skip them …but very pleased with the service.
Some really good bubble tea (tried the brown sugar) and an amazing staff, especially Fatmeh and Imraan 🙏🏽
I love their drinks, they are so good even for a summer afternoon. My favorite place is chelsea, everyone there is very welcoming. Sometimes it gets crowded but it's totally worth it. Emma and especially Sal are wonderful
Tiny little outlet of my favourite bubble tea. In keeping with its size,it's a modest menu. I usually go for milk teas and on this occasion only 3 flavours were available. I settled for matcha, because I do like it. However, none of my favourites (traditional, Earl Grey or Caramel) were available.
Again due to its size people kept colliding against each other whilst waiting.
The decor is the bite-sized variant of the usual chemistry lab that we associate with bubbleology.
No seating available. It's for takeaway only.
However, I am still pleased that there's some availability of bubble tea close to my workplace.
