Nice environment.People can feel relax to stay here.The cappuccino and tea is delicious.But the staff won’t use the costa ceramic mugs to store coffee for eat here customer. The snack in break deal can only choose the croissant. I visited here twice the overall experience is fine.

This small Costa shop in Shepherd's Bush is not too far from the South East side of Westfield. There is not plenty of tables, so it can easily be filled up, especially in the busy hours. Parking in this area is a challenge. There are some limited paid parking bays if you don't want to park at

The girl that works there, Lorena is very kind and helpful. Excellent service overall!

This is easily the best Costa I've ever been to. The manager made me feel so welcome and taken care of. Highly recommended!
