Very busy store in a shopping mall. Quite popular. The service was excellent.

Best date spot in Stratford (says a lot). Me and my partner especially love the charming "outdoor area" which is actually indoors, but it's outside the Costa but inside the shopping centre. Will be going for our 3-monthly anniversary celebration.

Went at a very busy time. Staff were fast and polite but the cafe felt too hot inside, and team members couldn't manage to keep the tables clean between visitors.

I come to Costa, Stratford Shopping Centre, every morning for coffee. I found staffs here are polite and welcoming. In particular Mr Hossain and Mr Sinan are very helpful and saw them in few occasions helping elderly customers to find a table. My experience at this branch is indeed very good.

My go-to place for coffee every morning! I've always been a fan of Costa Coffee, but what makes this particular Costa special is the staff. They are always friendly and welcoming.

I come here everyday for my break the staff are so friendly and talkative there always rushed off there feet but still make sure your happy with your order the manager is so bubbly and outgoing he brightens up the whole shop I defo enjoy going there everyday

Very warm,smiling, friendly, hardworking, welcoming and helpful and supportive service. Beautiful, cozy, comfortable, well lighted, beautifully decorated environment and atmosphere. Yummy breakfast, lunch snacks coffee and tea a beautiful fusion of food, desserts, hot drinks.
