I love Pret, always happy with food and staff. Today I visited your shop in Turmill Street in Farringtom. It was supper busy but I loved my lunch here. The staff is incredible, specially Maria, she went the extra mile to explain the ingredients on the sandwiches and help me to chose my meal, the creamy tomato soup and she also recommended me the new vegan wrap. She also had the time to explain me about the next vegan/ vegetarian shop opening soon. Thank you Maria!
Most probably the best little Pret in town for customer service
The service at this Pret is exemplary, they are super efficient and friendly. The queue always goes down really quickly especially in rush hour, and I never have to wait long for my great coffee. Really impressive. Thank you.

I’ve visited This shop today when I arrived a lady was tidying up the sandwiches she was really friendly and helpful as I was not sure on my choice for lunch, she also served me on the till making me feel valued as customer. Well Done to Daniela she made my lunch so special today!

The ladies working here are very polite and nice. Anything else is just what you would expect from a Pret. It's not very big and even if there are few seats ant tables available, it's mainly thought to feed workers passing by...
Lovely food and polite and courteous customer service. Would definitely visit again. The array of sandwiches are so vast and many and the salad are very delicious. The price is quite reasonable to match the quality of the food. Top notch
As my timetable for the day had changed, I went back in to this branch with the roll I had bought earlier and asked if it was OK to buy a tea and eat my roll in the restaurant. The charming man on the till, AungKyaw, said that not only was it OK, but he gave me a free cup of tea for being honest - made my day, a little act of kindness which is so rare these days. I've been in this branch before and will certainly visit again. Good on you Pret for employing such helpful staff!
Fast and kind service. Limited choice of soups. Few tables.
My friend Belinda and I decided to visit KFC Farringdon for lunch, but had a very nasty experience there, the customer service was disgusting and extremely poor. We left there and walked across to Pret on Turnmill Street and was pleasantly and warmly greeted by Sereena. She was so friendly and courteous that I had to write a review. Two extreme customer service experience in less than 10 mins. Thank you Sereena for such a warm and friendly customer service, you made our day and our lunch more enjoyable. Definitely 5 stars. The staff were polite and serving the customers even in the last minute of their shift. Really appreciated they let us to stay a few minutes inside when outside was pouring heavily.
