Very nice to have a coffee and some croissant/brownie after having a long walk around Oxford street. Coffee Latte and muffins were very tasty. Very quiet and calm place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere.

Well no doubt this is one of the best chain café restaurants in united kingdom . Everything tastes good here and is also cheaper than other cafes . You can find pret within every 1 or 2 miles . They also have a monthly offer…ie pay 25 pounds and get upto 5 drinks (coffee or shakes ) each day for a month . I think no other restaurants give such a money saving offer with best service! So just try once ! I am sure u will come back

I would love to call out employee of this branch called Iulia for excellent customer service and creativity! She is such an asset to Pret team. I used to looove a product Pret has discontinued (lemon/ginger and pomegranate infusions). From time to time I ask if they have it in case it is brought back. I have asked this numerous times but have never received such a clever and useful answer: Firstly, Iulia knew what I was talking about and emphasized with me about the fact that Pret doesn’t have it anymore. Then she suggested I buy a ginger shot instead and mix it with hot water. Such a clever suggestion that made me, a Pret customer, to leave satisfied and having bought something. Had she not suggested that I would have not gotten any drink and would be disappointed that I could not purchase the infusion. Thank you Iulia! P.S. Pret, please consider bringing the infusions back, especially the pomegranate one, which cannot be substituted with the shot alternative.
