Looks can be deceiving... From the outside Lucky Star looks like every other local Chinese takeaway, but the same can't be said for the food. If you order via phone community can be tedious at times, but it's well worth it. Lucky Star is my Go To whenever I have a craving for Chinese - They have yet to disappoint. Would definitely recommend for those lazy Sunday evening takeouts.

The Japanese SeaFood miso soup(WOW) and the crispy duck were GREAT! The Salt and Pepper prawns had the butter way too thick and heavy, it could be lighter. But overall really good!!!! I will be ordering again! Thank you for the free prawn crackers and the fortune cookies!!!!!

I think this place has recently been overtaken by new management/owners. They've redone the inside, there's now space to sit, which is nice. The food I have tried so far has been tasty (I hadn't tried the food before) so I will continue to order from here. Currently 10% off if you collect
