Ali the manager has excellent customer service skills. We really enjoyed the hospitality from all the staff there. We are not from the area but i stopped off to have dinner with my partner and it made our night. Thanks to all the staff there.

Nandos is literally the restaurant I’ve been to the most. You can’t ever go wrong with nandos. Atmosphere, food and service is always great no matter what outlet I go to. I always get the same order: chicken thighs, peri salted chips, mash and a coke. But OMG the strawberry cheesecake is to die for. Definitely recommend it if you haven’t tried it. As usual 5/5

Spitalfields nandos by contrast is the worst
We were tourists from the US, and were told by many to try Nando's. We told the host we have never been there before, and he was so kind and welcoming. After seating us, he went over the restaurant and menu, and checked up on us later. The food was fantastic. Great experience here.
Upon arriving we were greeted by a stuff member named Sian who was very polite, friendly and professional. She was always smiling and checked on us regularly. She brought our cups for beverages, explained where the cutlery, plates and sauces were stationed and then brought our food over shortly. She also brought us over plates which was very sweet as we had already brand some over to the table.
We ordered a sharing platter to share between the two of us. Food was delicious as usual and the portion was huge. We definitely struggled to finish.
The decor inside was also very homely and vibrant. If your in the Dalston area please do stop by. The toilets were clean and smelt Lemon fresh.

So, not really the type to leave a review for Nando’s because ‘its the same’ wherever you go which actually speaks for the consistency in the quality of the food.
Before I went, I checked the reviews on Google and saw some weren’t too good and that did make me slightly apprehensive to eat here but we took a chance and decided to eat here.
I am glad I did come here. The service was the same great service I become used to at Nando’s. The staff were polite, welcoming and accommodating. They were attentive and the service was quick. The restaurant was slightly busy, it was a Friday around 6pm.
The quality of the food was very good and the portions were good, the same as other Nando’s I have visited.
If you are a fan of Nando’s, this is definitely worth a visit if you are in the area.
You always know that when you go to any Nando’s, you know what standard of food you are getting! The food was great, the staff polite and efficient.
The furniture was a bit lacking, no booths and the seats were stained. Every thing was clean though. Maybe it’s time for a revamp at the Dalston Nando’s!

We went here before attending another venue. Slightly longer wait than expected for food. We were pushed for time, so this was noticed. The food was good, though.

Delicious food, time for getting served is pretty good even when busy, and polite staff especially Rafael, he was amazing!
With the right staff its good. On Mothers day I would have given 1 star but I am happy the staff changed.
