Best food in town and great customer service. I mistakenly was short of change to buy my food and the owner gave it to me anyways and it made my day. Such a beautiful thing to do. God bless them

The food is lovely, the service is brilliant, staff are friendly, definitely the BEST service and quality I've found anywhere locally . Would recommend 10/10 I'm expecting a kiddo and have been craving their food consistently. ❤️
Absolutely loved the takeaway. I ordered for 40 people (36 who are teenagers), the food was incredible and all of the teenagers were full. Really reasonable cost as well!
Walked in and ordered two cod and chips to take away. Cooked it fresh and was out in 10 mins. We'll worth it

Food is elite level for Cod and Chips, the personal interactions are great from the staff. Lovely people! This is the place to go for Fish and Chips!
This chip shop is what the local community is all about, they are super friendly, helpful, always happy go lucky and there's a lot of variety on their menu. I have to be honest and say that this chip shop is one of only two chip shops in London that make 'Potato Fritters' aka Scollops in my home town Coventry. A classic Warwickshire and midlands delicacy of a slice/slab of potato dipped in fish batter and then deep fried for 10 minutes... OMG, Kaz & Jame's 'Potato Fritters are to die for and you get FIVE for only £2.00, your kids would love them!
The chips are Fabtastic too, but I can't hold back from visiting at least once a week for their 'Potato Fritters' and mushy peas... it must be the Northerner in me.
My only regret is that they aren't open until 4.30pm due originally to the major pipe laying that took place in the High St, but now possibly because of Covid 19. Cheer Kaz... and keep that smile, it's a ray of sunshine in gloomy, uncertain times. Carl
Great proper chippy! Really nice fish and loads on offer on the menu (all halal)- perhaps too much. Fish is great and chips were a little greasy but tasty nonetheless. I don't think these guys pretend that it's part of your five a day so not sure what other reviews are on about - it is what it is.
Owner sweet man, pillar of the community & his sons sometimes serve with charm behind the counter. Worth a visit.
