Fabulous. The team here is always friendly and the food is quick enough that you know it's being made to order whilst not taking forever. When I had a recent problem, the team were conscientious and kept me in regular correspondence. Unbeatable customer service.

Coeliac Review: The GFC nuggets are AMAZING. The fries are also GF and so good.
Only downside is they shut their toilets around 18:30pm which is annoying if you’re eating in.

Quiet late Sunday, so not many around, staff were still attentive and pleasant. Food was good, the fish wrap was nice, but would have preferred a lighter wrap.

I regularly order a hot drink and eat from their lunch/ dinner menu. A delicious and affordable option in Richmond making it one of my favourites to dine in or take out for a picnic on Richmond green during the week warmer months. The upstairs has really comfy seating too (for remote working)! Friendly regular staff with a warm atmosphere 🤤

First visit to this branch and I was impressed with the quality and quantity of the portions. The porridge pot was jam packed and the team cut the toast ‘properly’ :-).
Friendly staff and easy listening tunes in the background.
From the nearby train station it’s a 5 minute walk and I will be visiting again when I’m back in the area.

I was blown away by the service provided by the lady and the manager when my friend and I went. There were some issues with the code I wanted to use on the app but they were very understanding and allowed the discount over the counter. The food arrived really fast with an extra treat 🥰

Tasty fresh food the persons that served me were friendly and my iced coffee was really good and refreshing! I just LOVE the Satay sauce, please never change it!

Never been here before and tried it through a new app I have. Really friendly staff, great food and amazing drinks. I recommend the mango and coconut 👌 defo visiting again . It was so tasty I took pics after I had eaten hahaha

It wasn't very busy when I visited about 1.30 mid-week, before seeing a matinee at the theatre.
They have self-service screens for ordering, and the staff announced my order number as I was still walking over to the collection waiting area.
It is a bit more expensive than other fast food, but it is a nice treat.
