Unbelievably fun experience! Should be a must-do for anyone in London who’s a GBBO fan.

What a fantastic experience! It was a surprise for my Wife and she totally loved it. So did I! I’m not a baker but these guys made it easy, made it fun and make us both want to go again. If you’ve not been before you really should. It’s great fun.

Great fun if you don’t care too much about the cake. Stressful if you actually want to make something good.
We came as a work group and had a lot of fun. It was a very good bake-off experience.
Our recipe used way too much sugar for the buttercream. It was a shame because practically every cake had the same issue - they were unpalatable. Which led to a lot of food waste.

I organised this event as a work team social, and what a fantastic social night out it was! It was fun for everyone and encouraged a bit of healthy competition amongst our team! Will definitely be back again!

A fantastic baking experience!
We had an amazing time making cakes; everything was very well organized and set up for us to get the most out of the experience. And Chef Zai was a lovely, friendly lady who guided us through the experience; we loved the competition vibes. And everyone else was very helpful and kind.
Thank you, the Big London Bake team; we truly enjoyed our time.

Such a fun experience with my boyfriend. Our fist baking experience, it was so much fun! Laiba and the team were great and very helpful!

What a great way to spend 2hours baking at competing against the others.
The tent was great, clean tidy and the staff was mega.
The time flew by. But as we walked back to the hotel the box handle broke so now the cake was a mess, so maybe take something stronger to put into.
Otherwise what a great experience....

Such a wonderful activity! The tent is exactly as you’d expect if you’re looking for a Bake Off experience. Everything is measured, all the utensils are there, and the instructions are crystal clear making for a very enjoyable cake making exercise. I was there on a work team building activity but it would be ideal as a date night or an evening with a group of friends. I have been recommending to everyone i know.

This was such a fun experience! It's expensive. But for my financial situation it was absolutely worth it. I loved being competitive with no consequences :) we made a swiss roll, which is way too sweet of a dessert for me, but our friends enjoyed it. I love trying new things, being challenged and not having to do dishes!
Tip: if you do want to have drinks there and are at an earlier time, wait until after, because there's a chance that you'll get a discount on drinks...
Also the fruit in the Pimm's is frozen, so no need for ice ;)

As a big fan of the British Baking Show, I had to check this out! Every part of the East location was so neat - from the entrance to the bar to the tent itself. Lots of photo-taking opportunities. The baking instructions were clear and easy to follow and the team was great at answering questions as well as helping to keep the stations tidy. We made a summer roll cake for July. The head baker judged our cakes but didn't eat it so we were able to take it home and enjoy it :) I would recommend this for anyone who is a fan of the show!
