Very helpful. Squeezed me in last minute, after an emergency. Left with new glasses and contacts ordered and a smile on my face!
MUCH better customer service than the bigger boots branch just down the road!
They answer the phone, greet you with a smile and give you the friendly/helpful atmosphere that D&A gave you, before the Boots chain bought them.
