Great service from the young guy with dark skin and dark hair just now. I wanted a hot sandwich that had run out. He told me when the next ones were going to be ready then bent over backwards to ensure I got one before I needed to leave for my train.
Great friendly chat and conversation whilst waiting too.
Service at a coffee / sandwich shop can't really get much better 😀

Staff are friendly, the blonde girl is always full of smiles, however the opening times aren't great for a coffe shop and they occasionally open up later than scheduled

Ordered off Deliveroo - unfortunately the driver didn’t wait for the full order and took the bag before it was completed. Savina (apologies if it’s spelt wrong!) was amazing and contacted us straight away, rectified the error and made sure we got everything we ordered in the end. She went above and beyond, thank you for your great customer service Savina!!

Nice Christmas offer with added mince pie, it seems that sometimes you have to wait for your drink longer than necessary but overall it was good experience.

Went to this cafe yesterday and I have to say - what a pleasant visit! The ladies there were really nice to me and helpful, we had a quick chat and to be honest, their positive and kind attitudes instantly made my day better (very needed after a long night shift). Will definitely visit this coffee shop soon again. Well done, Pret!
