I piled on lots of weight over the Covid lockdown and stuffed myself silly over Christmas so I decided a cleanse would be a good idea. I tried a 6-day Plenish cleanse with the hope that I would reset my eating habits and feel much healthier. Well, my wishes came true - I lost 5lbs in 6 days and my skin is positively glowing. I also feel better in terms of my mood and my outlook. I'd definitely recommend a juice cleanse if you're feeling a bit low, sluggish and bloated, they really do work! ❤

Amazing! I had placed an order to be delivered on a certain date, once I went through PayPal the date changed! I panicked and sent an email to Plenish. Natasha (via email) and Katie (via Instagram) both reassured me that I would received my delivery on the date I chose. I received my delivery yesterday! Everything was packed with care. Milk doesn’t need to be over complicated and Plenish is just that. Simple clean ingredients that hit the spot. Like many plant based milk drinkers, I’ve gone through my fair share of phases of milk choices but Plenish’s cashew fortified range has been my go to for months now and I’m yet to find an alternative that comes close to how great this milk is. Stellar for my granola 👍 Hope to see perhaps a yogurt range from Plenish soon - Game changers!

Fantastic dairy free milks with so many uses, especially love in breakfast. Full of goodness and completely natural, which makes them much better than any competitors (like Alpro)! Also tried their incredibly tasty and fresh jucies too - I'd definitely recommend!

I have been using the nut milks for the last few months. Initially this was just as a trial but will definitely be sticking with Plenish for all my milky needs. Especially good with my morning cereal. Highly recommended.

Fantastic products and do a great job of educating you on the benefits too! Highly recommend the 5 day cold pressed juice cleanse. The non-diary milks are pretty damn good also.

So so glad to have discovered Plenish, the milks have easily replaced dairy in our house with how much healthier they are and how good they taste! I have done one cleanse and was actually really surprised to see how much better I felt after it, all the juices are organic and packed with loads of veg but taste amazing. Would 100% recommend.
