On Saturday, myself and my partner ordered food to a Premier Inn local to this Papa Johns. Firstly I called in and spoke to a Lady called Lina who allowed me to amend to of my side orders. Unfortunately the number I had on my account was incorrect and she tried to find ways of contacting me. Lina went ahead and got a driver to deliver the food to our hotel, unfortunately he was turned away. Luckily I remembered to contact Lina and change my number on the account. The driver also drove back even after being turned away by the hotel staff. I was so grateful for the level of customer service and care provided to me. Well done Lina and Papa Johns (Acton).

Absolutely fantastic! Great food, Brilliant timing and if they’re out of stock in an ice cream they will call you to check what substitute you would like, which I think is fantastic as many places don’t do that. Food is always cool lovely as well, never over cooked. I’ve found my favourite pizza place!

I always loved Papa John’s pizza. However, this branch is by Far my favourite. I ordered a pizza, side, and 10 extra dips to my workplace... which is prison. First of all, I appreciate that no one rubbed their genitals on the pizza like what happened with one unnamed pizza chain named after a game of falling pieces in a Welsh town delivering to local prison staff. My order arrived on time and the delivery driver was really helpful pleasant and overall great guy. There was a slight issue. I did not get my dips, which I realised only while I was on my shift inside, obviously without my phone. However I noticed a missed call the next day from them, called back and got a free pizza AND the original 10 dips I didn’t get in the first place for free. Charging just 3£ for delivery... which is more than understandable. I want to thank this particular branch of Papa John’s not just for an incredibly tasting pizza but also for amazing customer service and respect. I would also like to thank the female staff member who spoke to me on the phone and not only was greatly understanding and pleasant but also arranged my free pizza. I will definitely use this branch of Papa John’s anytime I can. I would give more than 5* if possible.
