Friendly staff with knowledge of the food. Didn't think of having to eat ice cream with a knife, but first time trying lebanese ice cream. Pistachio ice cream was better than any of the others I've tried. 4 stars as it's very/quite pricey.

We had pistachio ice cream which was absolutely delicious and I will definitely be having it again! We tried the baklava base and another one which I couldn't pronounce and the gentleman looked at my phone (their Instagram page) to know what I wanted haha. Both were delicious but definitely too sweet for me. I would recommend it if you've got a sweet tooth. I would have it again, but I'd ask for less of the syrup and would share it with someone. The flavours were awesome and it was definitely an experience worth having. It is a little pricey (almost £10 per head) but you know you're getting something special and to be fair you could definitely share. I would definitely recommend and definitely be going again to try different flavours and combinations.

Love love love 🤩 Staff: 10/10 - super friendly & recommended us several flavors to try! Definitely give the authentic flavors a try even if it sounds out of your comfort zone! Flavors: 9/10 - really delicious but just missing crunch in the texture. Loved the Tahini, Rose, and Pistachio. Portion: very generous, perfect to satisfy cravings and worth the price for two scoops! We always have a problem with people charging more & giving us less of a portion but it wasn’t the case at Festok :) Overall: loved it! Reminded me of home & will go again.
