Very friendly staffs and knowledgeable with their products as well. They really know what they’re doing. They have recommended me products which is really good especially for people like me who don’t wear make up everyday. Jess was really helpful throughout the process and she answered all my questions. This place is simply the best. The products are of extreme quality, not cheap but they do last quite a bit if used correctly. The staff has been always incredible. They care, they are knowledgeable and very professional. If you have vitiligo and chose to cover it this people will help you find the best shades to match your skin tone. Thank you guys!
Had one of the best experiences I've ever had shopping for makeup. Melissa was absolutely wonderful. I am not very good with make up but she was super patient super helpful, gave really great advice. Just visited to get some refills and the assistant who served us downstairs was really helpful, even running out of the shop to give us an idea! They had brunette hair, sorry didn’t catch their name, but wanted to say thank you! Make up is really good too and love the extras they do also!
This was my first time going yo kryolan at Langley Court I found it easy to find due to my location where I live only one bus 59 to Euston from Streatham, I must say the two female staff were so friendly and helpful and polite couldn't do enough which made a anxious person feel relaxed. They were so helpful in supporting me in my choice of colour shade and other products. Can't wait to return to collect my items Shirley.
I absolutely love this place, the staff are always amazing!
They help me whever I pop in, I have severe scars on my face and they have helped me match up to the right products.
Also they helped me with getting my first set of lashes!
It's a make-up place for theatre, TV and make-up artists, but their customer service is second to none and am just a regular person!
