We changed the promoter to Sergio (A Spanish guy), and every time we go, it's just perfect. He always assures us we are going to be comfortable. Whenever we have a doubt, he comes to us to help. He is super sociable and pleasant. Best promoter. If you are going to Cuckoo, ask for "Sergio."
There's even more: the door guards can be friendly or rude. For example, Aymen, a tall boy there, has always worried that we are safe, that we get home and that no one bothers us (men who are irritating and insistent). He is one of the best people I have met there. He always greets us with a smile and is glad to see us. The truth is the experience depends on the people who are there. Sometimes, they may seem a little rough (they are also working, and there can be problems, especially if there is alcohol involved), but once you get to know them, there is a good vibe. As I mentioned, our experiences were not the best, and I would have given it 1 star. Still, people like Sergio or Aymen improved our experience at this club.
It was a really good experience and one of the bouncers Aymen the tall guy was really calm and nice, and he was willing to help and explain some stuff which made the club staff look really professional and helpful
Wonderful atmosphere. Dragan is the man if you want top tier service. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy London night life.

Best nightclub in central London. Had terrific time there celebrating my bday with my mates. Highly recommended if you wanna have good time especially when there’s something to celebrate. Staff was very attentive and professional. Five stars
One of the best clubs in London, especially if you meet the Promoter Nerea, she is simply amazing, she will help you book a table and enjoy the night in the best way, the music of the place is sensational a mix of pop with Spanish music. I recommend 100%!! <3<3<3
I loved Cuckoo, I really had a lot of fun. Good party, incredibly beautiful place and beautiful people. I can't wait to go back. My thanks to Nerea who invited me and introduced me to this amazing place.

Visited last week after a night out at west end show. We were on the guestlist as you have to be with most high end places in this part of London. Great atmosphere, the staff were awesome and couldn't do enough for us. Drinks were pricey but no more than you expect for London. Age range was anything from 21 - 40 and a nice mixed crowd. Music was varied and the vibe was electric. Drank and partied the night away with friends recommend this place to all

I recently had an amazing experience at The Cuckoo Club in London. The club has a great atmosphere, with fantastic music and drinks.
