The service here was amazing! I went on a Sunday evening. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, it was not busy but later became busier.
One of the waiter saw us taking pictures and then he came over and asked if we would be happy if he took the picture of us all. Pictures came out great!!!! Had his own lighting too.
We got quite a few starters and 3 of us had steak and one had lamb cutlets. The flavor of everything was delicious!!! As well as cooked how we wanted each steak and lamb to be.
They don't do no alcoholic drinks! But the mock tails were so nice.
They also have a nice little section you could take pictures if you wanted.
Food: 5/5 All the dishes ordered were exceptionally good, the steak tasted great and felt like it was melting in the mouth not chewy at all. Variety of accompanying sauces available depending on what you chose.
Service: 5/5 Biggie was great, serving with a smile, asking if we needed anything else, including other staff who also attended to a few requests and checking on us.
Atmosphere: 4/5 Deco was great and venue very clean. Only thing for me was that the music was too loud and sometimes had to speak out to be heard or when talking to colleagues.
Food was really good. Service was even better from the moment they opened the door and sat us down! Nice atmosphere inside. Tony was our server who was very attentive. Dynamite drink was nice, ribs and lobster tail starters were really good. I got mixed grill which was good. Mac & cheese was delicious!
Everything was excellent from the food to the service. Tony served us and made sure we were comfortable and happy throughout all the steps, from selecting the correct drinks to choosing the food. The only suggestion would be the music is too loud maybe lower it a bit. But everything else was beautiful. Overall a welcoming and friendly restaurant

Lovely evening at Elvet. Food was good, drinks were amazing. Sultan and Mosh ‘s hospitality was exceptional. Sophia was also nice to help with taking pictures. All the staff were generally very friendly and helpful.
Really great steak ( i asked for medium rare as always), and the blue burger was amazing.
I liked the customer service they listened to whatever we asked.
The pineapple mojito was AMAZING.
The price is a little bit high and can be a bit competitive

Came to celebrate my husband’s happy birthday on 4th September-he really had a blast …..wonderful customer service ! They all made his day very special ! Specially Biggie and Sultan both have provided top class customer service ! Also the manager was very caring ( apology cannt remember the name )….Foods and drink were all absolutely scrumptious!!! Must recommend for any occasion.
Food was great and full of flavour. Was impressed as I was expecting less for some reason. Service was great! Sultan did a good job and definitely made sure we were comfortable throughout the meal!
If I had to be picky and complain I'd say the music was too loud for my liking. Would've been a more relaxed environment if it was a bit more peaceful.
Second time at Elvet steak house. The service was 10/10. We ordered chicken and hallomi bites, that was divine. We ordered a T bone, which was cooked to perfection and also a chicken supreme fillet which was also delicious.
The waiters were attentive, so polite and friendly. Table was cleaned regularly,
Crockery changed after starters. Really thoroughly enjoyed our selves.
This will most definitely be a regular place. By far the best steak house in East London.
I mostly loved the fact the waiters wore gloves for serving food, this was definitely a big positive for me as I’m particular in regards to hygiene.
Decor is very impressive, would definitely recommend. It’s not cheap but 100% worth the price as the food taste good and service outweighs everything.
Also plant pot picture below was the most divine tiramisu.
