This compact outlet of Caffe Nero on Southampton near the Strand Palace offers in its tight space good coffee served by friendly staff,  savoury and sweet snacks with enough sitting space available to sit in and snack.

The staff was really nice and helpful. Moreover, the hot chocolate was one of the best I have ever tasted. The atmosphere is very good and warm.

Small coffee shop seemingly being operated by one guy on his own when we were there. Hats off to him he was doing a great job despite the shop being busy. A lovely reasonably priced coffee, and skimmed milk available

Sad to see you are going, been coming here for the last few years, never had a negative experience. All the staff who have come and gone are lovely, I hope they are able to move to other stores locally as it would be a shame to lose good people. All the best and thank you

Come to this small brach regularly to sit outside as in always extremely busy Covent Garden you can still find peace and sit outside on a warm, sunny day, enjoy the sip and watch people passing by. And on the side street are quite a few popular places to eat and drink. So after coffee one can go there for a lunch.

Stopped here for a coffee and hot chocolate. Good service and friendly. Good prices for the west end of London. Sat outside and watched the hussle bussle of London

Come on, it is not any of those high end artisanal shops that everybody seems to love now in London but it is open every single day, the coffee is not bad at all and their pastries are delicious. I love their seasonal Christmas cakes as well as their selection of Italian or German imports (gianduia chocolates).
