Urbanest Hoxton was an amazing place to live! The staff were all so kind and supportive throughout my time there. I appreciated that they always greeted me and took the time to get to know me. The rooms are great with lots of natural light and storage. The amenities are good and the entire building is very clean and safe. The location is very convenient and next to a bus stop that can take you anywhere. Would definitely recommend!

I honestly loved living at Urbanest. It has fantastic views and really cozy rooms. The staff here is amazing, specially Damir!! He really is the best one. He always makes sure that our problems are solved within the day and he is a very good hearted person!!! My stay at urbanest was worth it :)

I stayed in Urbanest Hoxton for one year from autumn '21 to late summer '22. I stayed in a studio flat on the third floor and found the building and staff to perfectly suit my needs. The apartment came furnished which was a huge help in getting settled. There is ample storage space. My room had loads of natural light and a nice view of the sunset each evening. The 7th floor rooftop and common area were spacious and pleasant with a nice view of the city. The reception staff was always very accommodating especially Damir! He was endlessly welcoming and very helpful. The maintenance staff also went above and beyond anytime something went wrong or needed fixing. Truly, my only complaint is the cost of the accommodation--it is incredibly high... but I knew that going in.

I am staying here for a year. The location is great, centrally located and very close to the nice neighbourhood of Shoreditch. The facilities are kept very clean and the common rooms are nice. The room was generally in a good condition when I arrived, but very hot during the summer months, an issue that needs to be resolved.
Maintenance is always there when needed, highly efficient, thanks to the also very polite, Rodrigo.
Finally, the reception staff is always there to answer to every question you may have. Special thanks to Jason who, not only has helped me with any problem I may have, but also made me feel very much like home!

Urbanest Hoxton is a great choice, walking distance to City Uni and Cass and many others.
The staff is very helpful and friendly, especially Jason!
The rooms are well equiped, the common spaces are always clean. The gym is a great feature as well as the laundry room.
They even provided bycicles for hire during the lockdown which made it much more bearable, and the upstairs deck is a nice place to take a breath and get a view of the City skyline.

I had a chance to stay at the Urbanest Hoxton for two years and my overall experience couldn’t be better. The place was well maintained and it has a great location with a bus stop and Tesco express just under the building. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Jason and Sunny at the reception. I’ve met so many staffs in the building throughout my times there and they were simply the best.

Great accommodation, it has a good location with a bus stop just in front, as well as a Tesco right next to it, rooms are modern and spacious, and staff are super helpful and friendly! - Jason especially, as he always brings good energy to the building and is always striving to solve your problems in any way he can, he's the best. Excellent accommodation, at a great location, friendly staff and super rooms! Bus stop is right outside, and tube station is less than 5 minutes walk. Grocery store is in the building as well as a nice cafe. Rooms are modern and cosy yet still spacious. Everything you need included in the rooms and the on-site facilities are a valuable asset to the accommodation.
Staff are extremely friendly, especially Julia, as she assisted me in moving back to Urbanest halfway through this year. She was always did her best to resolve any issues as fast as possible, greeted you every morning, and really made living at Urbanest feel like home.
I lived a full year at urbanest last year, was unfortunately too late to rebook, but was lucky enough to be able to move back halfway through this year.

1 year update on the student accommodation Urbanest Hoxton.
After the change in management I must say the place has only gotten better. I loved the location, the facilities and the tube/bus lines in the area from the get go however, now Urbanest itself seems so much more organised, a lot more professional (replying to emails and requests a lot faster than previously) and just overall able to create a great ambient for any student’s needs. The facilities (gym, common room, study rooms etc...) are always kept clean and ready to use.
Julia in particular, having been here from the beginning of the year has always been helpful and a true godsend with whatever issues I encountered throughout my first year of living in London. She actively tries her best even in situations that are new to her and is always in a great mood. She makes Urbanest feel like home.
The rest of the staff is of course also amazing with some new comers getting used to their positions. The new manager is also great as she tackles each request and faces any problem a student might encounter in their stay at urbanest. She takes her work very seriously and is admired for it by all in the building.
I enjoyed my stay so much this year, especially after the management change, that I will be living here again next year.
