Great meal with excellent service. Perfect for pre theatre dining.
Friendly staff and good food
After an evening of drinking I needed something to absorb the alcohol and what better than with pizza which was conveniently located around the corner from the pub I was in.
It was close to closing time but the lady who greeted me was friendly and quickly seated me. I probably over ordered but I felt famished. I had the Polenta Chips which was served with a nice honey mustard dipping sauce. The chips were nice and crunchy with that ground corn filling. I went with the Pollo ad Astra Pizza which was served on their Romana base which according to them was a bigger, thinner, crispier base which I agree with. Topped with a nice amount of ingredients, the chicken, peppers, red onion, mozzarella, and tomato went really well together. It was a delicious pizza.

Went to grab a pizza and do some studying. Spicy chicken pizza !!! Tasted really good... Finished off with Avogato and that was delicious too. Service was friendly and good despite being busy.
Must visit!!
Just steps from the theaters, this is one of the more popular restaurants after the show with fast service, the canonical Pizza Express menu, good wines and great desserts (of my usual weakness of the pictured Tiramisu)
Good pizza, nice place, good environment, good location, but nothing extraordinary. I've choose the Pollo Forza and it was nice, but i've already ate better ones

I went to this restaurant recently with a friend on mine whom I was meeting after 9 long years! It was a great experience. I ordered a pizza called "Veneziana". It was truly delicious and a very different pizza from what I had ever eaten before. The ambience was also very good and the staff very friendly. Highly recommended!
Great service - gave us a menu with no calories on it on request - and food came quick! Wasn’t blown away by the “Beetroot Buddha Bowl” but it is a pizza restaurant… The dough balls with garlic butter are, of course, always to die for, but the new ones with pesto aren’t as good. It’s a lovely spot, albeit expensive, and I would recommend.
Booked a table to ensure we could be catered for between seeing 2 shows and Adam the Manager was so friendly and helpful throughout our meal. Our waiter (apologies didn’t make a note of his name) was such a happy fella. Food was delicious and tummy’s were filled. Definitely have been to this restaurant before for a previous show seen and would definitely come back again, after booking of course. Keep up the great work!
Wow! Adam, Andrea, Yash yozlem and team. What an amazing evening. Came across this welcoming restaurant with family/community feel by chance while walking around and will forever be returning. Not only is the food stunning as you would expect from the high standards of pizza express but the team make this site worth visiting! The synchronicity and speed of service of the team balanced perfectly with a relax flow for the guest .. A must visit!

We had a lovely meal here on Sunday, our first visit. We were very well looked after by our charming waitress. Our food was excellent and served very quickly. We look forward to returning again soon.
My partner and I came before heading to the theatre. We ordered some drinks & a some starters. Our waiter was newly hired, super friendly and accommodating. We overestimated how much time we had before our show started, so then asked our waiter if we could just pay for the starters and return to eat them after our show finished. Disclaimer: the restaurant was really busy at this point and clearly had been for a couple hours. The manager Adam came and spoke to us personally, was really helpful and could see we were in a rush - said we could pay later when we returned which he didn’t have to do. When we returned after our show had finished, the starters were ready and served to us within five minutes and were delicious. Big thankyou to Adam and the staff at Pizza Express, great food and even better service
Very cozy place which i am in love with, they serve the italian cousine pizza, pasta & much more. I loved the taste and the price of the food. The waitress was so polite and friendly🌹🤍
Pretty place. First time here. Massive Peroni!! Calamari was tasty! Pizza…meh, but not worth losing a star over!
We had a family late lunch at the Leicester Square branch on the 2nd of November. We had a very warm welcome and seated promptly. Our waiter Giorgio Was incredibly attentive and entertaining. He was always available when we needed and we didn’t have to wait for anything. The manager, Mobin also made the time to check back on our food. Very friendly staff all round. Great experience. Highly recommend.
Had a meal tonight before going to see Shirley Valentine at Duke of Yorks Theatre. My daughter and I were served by Paula (262) - she was so friendly and helpful and made our experience really great - food was lovely and so was the atmosphere xxx thank you xxx
