Went for a quick coffee/hot chocolate. Lovely people greeted me and had a fun chat while she prepared our order. Good atmosphere, great location and nice coffee/hot chocolate!

This is the one by the National Theater on South Bank. The place was spacious and there were outdoor seatings on the back side. The barister was friendly and efficient. I only ordered a Mocha with oatmilk. It was delicious. The place was clean and there is a bathroom in this cafe

Its a cafe Nero in a very busy location all of your following assumptions based on this knowledge would be correct You will spend a good while waiting for coffee which is better than most chains but worse than most independents It is also very dark which is fine but am interesting choice considering how bright and airy the location surrounding it is, has a strange underground feel
