After swimming 2 km , nothing better than to feast on an omelette and choice from the salad bar to stock up on healthy living food..and sometimes get a little free . Arabic lesson to boot....then I just sit and eat watching my favourite swimming teacher. I will revert to Sicilian wrap alternate days....its a banger treat!

Love this place. Real treat after a workout at the gym. Very tasty wraps (Mexican is my favourite) that are delicious and nutritious and great value for the money. Run by a lovely bloke who is always a pleasure to chat with. Acts as a great incentive to get me down to the gym in the first place and a proper reward afterwards!

I can highly recommend the vegan soup. I would like to try the vegan wrap but always choose the soup 🙄. The service is friendly and attentive.

Staff was very eager to please and to accommodate whatever we wanted in our wraps. The smoothie with protein was excellent! Perfect for after a workout.

Got some protein juice shake (D-Tox special) which was really good. Also got the vegetable sultan with hot sauce. It was delicious. Quick service and really nice worker.

Best place in the area for a value for money lunch. Yet to find a bigger wrap in the UK! Lots of options, hand made in front of you. Friendly staff and from what I see it's pretty healthy.
