I was here today (May 30th 2023) at about 4:30pm. The salmon sandwiches were fresh and tasty as always, and the tiffin was great. It’s one of the few places these days where the staff make proper tea instead of throwing a cup of Luke warm water and the sweepings of the factory floor at you! But the reason I wanted to share this review is that the service was truly excellent. It was very busy, but the staff were engaged, friendly, and attentive. The lady who served me was perhaps Eastern European origin, she was brilliant. Not in your face, just warm and charming. A real asset. I hope she was like that because she enjoys her job/ it certainly seemed so. Air travel can be very difficult and stressful. She really relaxed me as Im sure she does most customers. A really pleasurable moment in my day.
I had their miso chicken salad bowl. I really enjoyed it. A healthy option at a reasonable price. I also had their acai and almond butter bowl - so good. The ladies serving at the counter today were friendly and provided good service. Only thing is you may struggle to find seats to eat here as it has very limited seating.
I was served by a light skin lady this Saturday , super kind and helpful and very friendly as well ! The service was amazing I will rate it a 10/10 ! I bought a cappuccino and a croissant ! The croissant was warm and tasty and it was the best cappuccino I ever had in Pret so far! I will recommend Pret to anyone.
Friendly staff - quick serve, perfect for a takeaway before a flight. The only feedback I would have is for some people Vegetarian means not having any animal origin products and that includes Eggs. Many of their products are marked as Veggie but list Egg as one of their ingredients.
I like this spot. I always look forward to grabbing breakfast here after I land, before I dash off for meetings etc. The almond croissant I normally have is really quite good, and the coffee is better than most places. An infinitely better than starbucks!
Staff are always pleasant, and they do some interesting pots of weird stuff, like 3 boiled egss in a pot, tapioca pudding in a pot, chia seed dessert thing. . . in a pot.
I spend quite a bit of time at airports traveling for work and they can be "glum impersonal" places
Just grabbed a coffee and sandwich at Pret City Airport and the guy that serves me was genuinely nice, happy and engaged.
It's the little things like that which reminds us all that we're all people and small gestures make the day so much better.

I can surely say I have met the most friendly bar tenders EVER!Excellent Customer Service:they kindly listened to my request as vegan customer with soar throat and even offered me a tumeric coconut rice milk to taste with coconut porridge 😍 My soar throat was instantly better and the hour of delay forgiven thanks to their kindness and smile 💞..how to start your holiday with Super Positive Vibes...Thank You Prêt à Manger Team!
Amazing food and drinks, the best coffee shop in the city airport, and lastly what a customer service I got from their staff. It is located between gate 2-4. 👌👌👌
Overwhemed by service, Elena and David are doing good job! Attention to details, care and smile even if it's busy... Definitely will be back
