Following a recent trip to Kenya, I really wanted to show my husband some of the delicious food I had eaten. Exceline did not disappoint! Every dish from the buffet was outstanding, the drinks are great value for money and the atmosphere at the restaurant is very warm - it's clearly a well loved place full of regulars. Can't wait to come back!

This restaurant has a lovely atmosphere and the food is excellent. I went to Uganda 11 years ago and this fully lived up to expectations. Would come back in a heartbeat. The buffet is great as you can try lots of different dishes

Listen! The food was amazing. I wanted to buy everything on the menu but you know…self control. Also the portions are very generous. My order will last at least two days. Thank you Exceline. I’ll be back.

Authentic, delicious and freshly prepared delicious food. They excel in dining and service. Nothing to improve on that front. The chai tea takes ages, although when raised, swift action taken. Highly recommended, I am passionate about family & food, and the music is cool. Our children love the chapatis and chicken. There is a fully stocked bar although I only take tea 💕

We had a buffet lunch. It was nice! Friendly staff and all the cooks appears to be of African origin. We understood that it was authentic Ugandan food. At some point of time, there was a huge Indian community living in uganda. Therefore, some mild form of Indian cooking influence can be seen in dishes produced at this restaurant too.

We enjoyed a fantastic dinner here one Saturday evening. The staff were helpful and friendly, making suggestions when asked. The restaurant has a fantastic ambience, stunning decor & COVID-secure safety measures in place to ensure a wonderful dining experience. Prices are reasonable & we definitely enjoyed the pineapple Uganda Waragi! The buffet is highly recommended, as well as the cow peas.

Delicious neighborhood restaurant! We went on a buffet night and really enjoyed the array of dishes on offer including an amazing spinach and peanut dish, tender beef stew, sweet caramelised plantain and a tripe stew. Staff were really friendly and helpful and the African Tusker lager was crisp and tasty! Warm buzzy atmosphere!
