They gave me a written diagnosis that moorfields eye hospital wasn’t able to do just four days earlier. Not just that but they discovered 2 x PVDs, a Weiss ring and possible glaucoma. Do have an OCT scan. It’s only £10 and worth it.

The lady who tested eyes for glasses and contact lenses was friendly, professional and very good at explaining everything to me - and also gave me a few options for types of lenses that I might try. Excellent!
Picking glasses frames has always been a problem for me - I can never tell what will be good for me. Fortunately, Mohamed was there to help me. He asked all the right questions and gave me a lot of frames options to try. He was very frank about what might be and might not be suitable I was very impressed. Mohamed was most helpful indeed. Excellent!

After seeing the reviews I was kinda dreading going there for my routine eye test but it really wasnt bad at all. Just a standard specsavers really. Was in and out quickly. If you have trouble choosing frames, look online to narrow the choices down then try them on once in store.

I would like to thank the 3 Princesses from this branch Naz, Mariam and Farida on the exceptional customer service we got and accommodating us last minute.
Staff at branches like this need to be recognised, these 3 are a huge assets to the wider Specsavers family.
The customer service here excels and takes the lead over anything else from these 3 amazing bunch.
Also for anyone wheelchair bound this branch not only offers easy wheelchair access but also has a full wheelchair accessible toilet.

I'm so incredibly impressed with my experience at this Specsavers that I'm writing my first Google review. I needed new glasses, but don't have a lot of money at the moment and was struggling to find a pair I liked within my price range. When I explained my situation, one of the staff members went out of his way to ensure I found glasses that I both loved and could afford. And I was able to get prescription sunglasses as well due to the 2-for-1 deal! I later found out that the man who helped me was the owner of the shop, but I don't think this makes his helpful service and friendly manner any less impressive. It absolutely made my day and I've got the glasses all fitted now and I love them. Thanks so much!

I'd just like to say thank you very much for the excellent service I've had today.
The team was very professional, attentive, and helpful. A nice and relax atmosphere in the place. The eye test was great and the optometrist took time to explain things in a clear way.
The place was spotless and has good selection of frames to try on for all ages.
