K’s Spice African Restaurant

Wow!!!!!! Fantastic!!! Splendid!! I stumbled upon this place this evening by complete mistake and I'm massively impressed, the service was incredible, and the food matched it. I'm a chef by trade, focusing on French/Bistro and I know diddly squat about African cuisine. However, I wanted something different and after a day "on the pass" I was hungry, but bored. I chatted with the brilliant young lady serving briefly and explained my lack of knowledge and very quickly we decided that the Beef, rice and peas for me. Every mouthful was a rollercoaster of flavours and spices and I am now massively Hooked. The beef was tender, but still a sealed crust to give a crunch to the food.... But it's was the pure comfort of eating something that was made with LOVE

I ordered 2 portions mashed beans, one with beef, mackerel fish, turkey and puff puff. Oh my goodness, I really enjoyed that, food was fresh and delicious. I don’t do reviews but I had to. The delivery took long, I was annoyed but when I tasted the food I was like wow! I used to order from Tasty African but K Spice is another level. Thank you guys, the portions were amazing. Guys just try their mashed beans, I keep buying the same mashed beans 🤭🤭 with a variety of meat. Goat Pepe soup is amazing too. Thank you so much.
