The customer only toilet is open with no keys so you can use it before ordering. The staff members were very nice and friendly. Very efficient. I always have a good experience visiting here. Plenty of outdoor seating is a great plus.

The most lovely staff in all Starbucks coffee shops in central London. So much more professional and pleasant than the ones near Warren Street tube station (They were just horrible). The customers for this store are normally people working in the buildings and UCLH. unfortunately as most of the people are working from home now, their customers decreased drastically. I feel so sorry for them. I tried to go at least once a day and sometimes twice a day during workdays to show my support.

I was in rehearsals, at New Diaroma, I love the white hot chocolate that Starbucks do, so this was a treat for me. The shop was quite, not many customer, but it was clean ond Covid safe.

I get to choose how my Matcha latte is made in terms of the temperature and the quantity of ice blocks when I decide to have a cold latte. Every Starbucks I visit the staff is really nice and polite. Hi Starbucks crew I ❤️👋.

Stumbled across this little known gem of an artisanal coffee shop purely by accident. Amazing range of obscure blends and roasts that you won't find anywhere else. They also do a selection of food, all made from sustainable, local sources, and served at absurdly low prices. Far better than the identikit chain coffee shops. But sssh! Don't tell everyone!
